Our Work in the background

brings your brand to the foreground

Since our founding in 2009, we've spent more than a decade working nationwide with clients of all shapes and sizes. We've done the $500 quick editing gigs, the $50,000 multi-layered campaigns, and just about everything in between. And one of the most important things we've learned is that our passion is working closely with great clients to help them realize their goals over an extended period of time.

Our mission is not to multiply our client list, but rather to foster long-term relationships with the right clients. In order to achieve that, we limit the number of clients we work with at any given time. We've also created an "In-House" Plan format that serves as a monthly retainer and allows us to work with closely with each client to make sure their goals are consistently being realized.

We work as part of your creative and marketing teams to ensure that each video perfectly aligns with your organization's brand and goals. We don't rest until your video content meets our high standards and exceeds your expectations. We love doing this stuff, and we are passionate about sharing our gifts to help our clients grow.

Our Video Production Process

We want you to know what to expect when we’re working together. We have created videos literally overnight when the need arises, but our normal production schedule will have the finished videos in your hands 2-4 weeks after the process begins.

Here is what our production process looks like, with a typical timeframe for each step:

Pre-Production (1+ Days)

Plan of Attack

We will sit down with you to build a strategy that best serves your needs while staying within your budget and schedule.

Once this strategy is in place, we will create a concept and write a rough script for your video(s).

Finalize Concept and Script

We will present the concept and rough script, and give you a chance to provide feedback and request changes if necessary.

We will schedule the Shoot and provide you with a complete rundown of your shoot day so that you know exactly what to expect.

Production (1-5 Days)

Production Begins

On the day of the shoot the Production Crew will show up as scheduled. A standard production schedule might look something like this:

Half Day Shoot:

- 1 hour of setup/breakdown.

- 1-2 hours of interviews/talking heads.

- 1-2 hours of b-roll.

Full Day Shoot:

- 1 hour of setup/breakdown.

- 3-4 hours of interviews/talking heads.

- 3-4 hours of b-roll.

That's a Wrap!

The Production Crew will clean up, wrap for the day, and the footage will be handed off to our Editing Team.

Post-Production (1-20 Days)

Into The Cutting Room

Our editing team will compile the footage and begin creating your videos.

When our team is happy with your video, they will upload a rough version for your review.

Time for Feedback

You will be sent a link to review your rough video and given time to gather your thoughts and comments.

Another call or meeting will be scheduled to discuss the video and any necessary changes or updates that you would like to see.

The Final Cut

The Editor will take your notes and get to work on the next cut. This continues until you are completely thrilled with the finished video.

Once you give final approval on your video, we will prepare final exports in all required digital formats and send you download links.

We will also post your video content to any pages we may be managing for you.

We'd love to tell you more about our passion for creating outstanding video content for each client.

Thank you for your interest! We will be in touch shortly.
